Salesforce Authenticator Error

The Salentica team is aware of an issue where the Salesforce Authenticator app is not being prompted for push notifications. If you have not yet enabled MFA for your firm, then you should not be impacted.

Salesforce is currently working towards a resolution.

Those who are experiencing this issue are receiving the following error message when prompted to authenticate.


If you or your users receive this error, please use the following workaround:

1. Click Use a Different Verification Method

2. Select Use a code from an Authenticator app

3. Click Continue

4. Open the Salesforce Authenticator app and find the 6-digit code for your User

5. Enter the Verification Code and then click Verify
