Why and How to Migrate to Einstein Activity Capture

Lightning Sync has been one of the options to connect Elements to either Microsoft Exchange or G-Suite. Over the past few years, Salesforce has been continuing to develop Einstein Activity Capture, which is a more enhanced and readily updated connection for the purposes of Event and Contact syncing with Elements. While Lightning Sync will continue to function, we recommend migrating to Einstein Activity Capture.
