Salesforce has published a known issue about this component error, which is linked here. We recommend clicking the Report button on the known issue so that Salesforce is aware that it is impacting your environment.

There is not currently a resolution for this, but there are two potential workarounds that Salesforce provided. These are both listed below:

Workaround 1:

  1. Go to Setup and then search for Session Settings in the Quick Find
  2. Once you've gone to Session Settings, scroll to the section labeled Caching
  3. Once in that section, you'll want to check the boxes for the following settings:
    1. Enable secure and persistent browser caching to improve performance
    2. Enable Content Delivery Network (CDN) for Lightning Component framework
  4. Once you've checked the boxes for these settings, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save

Workaround 2:

  1. Go to Setup and then search for Lightning App Builder in the Quick Find
  2. Find the Lightning Page related to he affected Relationship record and open it.
  3. Save the lightning page without making any changes.
    1. NOTE: As an alternative, you can open the page of the affected Relationship by clicking the Setup gear, Edit page, and then clicking Save on the record page.

We have been made aware of a component error that is impacting some but not all Users of Elements. The error appears similar to the screenshot below. We've reported this issue to Salesforce and they have escalated this as a high priority internally. We will continue to update this Status article as we receive updates from Salesforce.
