Salesforce identified an incident earlier this morning that was impacting usage of their core services. They have since pushed a fix that was rolled out to all Salesforce organizations.

We will continue to monitor the status of the incident and provide updates on our Status page. The incident can also be monitored here.
Financial Assets

The Financial Assets object was designed to allow you to include additional assets, that are not captured in your portfolio accounting system, within your CRM.  The goal of this object is to help provide a holistic picture of your client's entire net worth.  Under Financial Assets, the following asset types can be tracked, and will have different fields available based on the asset type:

  • Real Estate (Residential, Commercial, Multipurpose, Land, Rental)
  • Collectibles (Precious Metals, Antiques, Art, Stamp/Coin, Spirits, Currency)
  • Insurance Policy (Life - Term, Life - Cash Value, Disability, Long-term care, Property & Casualty, Medical)
  • Interests/Claims
  • Loan/Note (Secured, Unsecured)
  • Private Investments
  • Other

 

Hierarchy: Family→ Relationship→ Financial Asset

Elements can be customized by your System Administrator, so your views & access may differ from this documentation. Please contact your System Administrator with specific questions.
