Upgrade Error

Depending on your last Elements upgrade, you might receive an error email with the following message:

This app can't be upgraded. There are problems that prevent this package from being installed. Missing Organization Feature: ManyWho

This just means that your ORG does not have a setting that is needed for some of the new functionality, so we just need to go in, adjust that setting, then re-request the upgrade.

Here are the steps to adjust the needed setting:

  1. Click Settings > Setup
  2. In your Quick Find box, type Activity Settings
  3. Click Activity Settings
  4. Check the box next to Allow Users to Relate Multiple Contacts to Tasks and Events
  5. Click Submit

Elements can be customized by your System Administrator, so your views & access may differ from this documentation. Please contact your System Administrator with specific questions.
