We are aware that there are a number of Data Broker jobs that are not completing as expected, which may result in financial information not updating as expected. Our internal teams are aware of this and we are reviewing to determine the cause.

We will provide updates through the Status article as we continue to work towards a resolution.

Elements Support Access

As part of our Salentica support, we may ask you to grant us access to your Salesforce environment. This will allow us to access your environment so that we can help you troubleshoot your Elements questions. You can control the access duration and we will not access your user and data without your permission. 

 

To grant account login access, you will go to Personal Settings > Settings > My Personal Information > Grant Account Login Access > SS&C Support

 

 

On occasion, our partners, Salesforce and Conga, will also request access if they are troubleshooting an issue for you. You can also grant them access here, as well.

Salentica can be customized by your System Administrator, so your views & access may differ from this documentation. Please contact your System Administrator with specific questions.
