Sharing Data with Innotrust

Elements integrates with Innotrust to give you quick access to financial account data and send Elements contact information to Innotrust. First, access Real-Time financial account data on the financial account record. Then, on the contact record, use the Upload Contact button to send contact data to Innotrust.

See Real Time Account Data in Elements

Utilize your Innotrust credentials to access live data on your financial accounts.  The Real Time component includes the following details:

  • Account Title

  • Valuation Date

  • Market Value

  • Principal

  • Income

Note:  Users will not see the Real Time component until it is added to the financial account page layout by a System Administrator.

Upload Contact Button

After System Administrators have run the initial uploads to align contact records in both Elements and Innotrust, day-to-day contact updates should be made in Elements.

Using the Contact Upload button is super easy! Create or update the contact information in Elements, then click the Upload Contact button. The contact's data is sent in real-time to Innotrust to either create a new contact record or update an existing record. You will see a confirmation message once the upload is complete.

Note: Users will not see the Upload Contact button on the contact page until the setup steps are complete.

If a matching contact record is found in Innotrust, it will be updated. If no matching record is found, a new contact will be created. We recommend sending the following data points from Elements to the contact record in Innotrust, as long as those fields exist in Elements and are mapped correctly through Data Broker.

  • Full Name--First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Date of Death
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Gender
  • Contact ID

Users must also have the appropriate permissions on Innotrust to create and update contacts in Innotrust.

System Administrators, check out this article for details on setting up the Innotrust integration settings.
