These updates improve functionality as well as provide greater efficiencies to your business. In order to take advantage of the latest and greatest updates available, you'll want to upgrade your Elements system. Reach out to our Support Team and let them know you're ready to upgrade and they can assist you with the process.
Below are instructions for checking the version of Elements you are currently running. We recommend staying within 2 versions of the most current version to keep your system up to date. The latest version is 4.31, which means your version should be 4.29 or greater.
1. In Elements, click the gear icon and click Setup.
2. In the Quick Find box, type Installed. Click Installed Packages.
3. Look for the Salentica Elements package and check the Version Number column. Earlier versions were marked with month/year for the version number and are a good indication an upgrade is needed.
