See real-time account data within Elements

 

Utilize your TD Ameritrade VEO® credentials to access Custodian Live Data on your Fidelity accounts.  The iframe includes the following details:

  • Intraday Account Profile
  • Account Balances
  • Account Alerts
  • Account Positions
  • Account Transactions


Account Profile

The Account Profile object reports a large amount of TD Ameritrade profile information for the account being viewed.

Noteworthy features of this object:

  • Contacts – The names of associated contacts are linked here and will launch a new window showing contact information when clicked.

  • Email – When available, the email account associated with the contact is displayed here.  When clicked, it will open a separate window with the email pre-loaded for contacting the contact.

  • Scroll Bar – The Profile Report is a large report on the Financial Account and further details are available by scrolling to the bottom of the report.


Account Balances

The Account Balances object reports TD Ameritrade account balances for the account currently being viewed. 

Noteworthy features of this object:

  • If the account is margin enabled, the lower portion of the object will show Margin Details.  Otherwise, this info is hidden to avoid clutter.

Account Alerts

The Account Alerts object reports TD Ameritrade alerts for the account currently being viewed.  There are several elements that make up this object:

Noteworthy features of this object:

  • Filters – Use one or more of the available filtering options and click Apply Filter when they’re ready to see the results.  Whenever these filters are applied or reset to the default, the object will request a new dataset from TD.

  • Alert Status Icons – Similar to the icons in the TD Ameritrade, these icons represent the status of each alert.

    • A Red Exclamation Mark means the alert priority is critical

    • A Yellow Caution Sign means that action is required on this alert

    • A Blue Filing Cabinet means that the alert has been archived

  • Alert Subject – The Subject line is a clickable link that opens a separate window with the alert details, if any

  • Action Buttons – The buttons at the far right allow user to make TD Ameritrade alerts actionable.

    • The Archive button allows the user to archive the selected alert in the TD Ameritrade.  This update is immediate and is posted back to TD in real time.

    • The Create CRM Task button opens a new window with a CRM Task activity, pre-populated with the alert information.

    • The Create Email button opens a new window with a CRM Email activity, pre-populated with the alert information.


Account Positions

The Account Positions object reports TD Ameritrade account positions for the account currently being viewed.

Noteworthy features of this object:

  • The filters in the top portion will allow narrowing down the information and requesting a new subset of data from TD Ameritrade.  While filtered, the account totals will not be displayed, to avoid confusion with the reduced data being displayed.

Account Transactions

The Account Transactions object reports TD Ameritrade account transaction information for the account being viewed.

Noteworthy features of this object:

  • Filters – The data can be filtered by multiple criteria and then the user can click Apply Filter.  When filters are applied or reset, the screen will request a new set of data from the TD Ameritrade.

  • Transactions – The description field is a clickable field wherever details are available.  The link will open a new window with transaction details.
